Not returning
This McDonald's is straight ass, or at least the breakfast menu is. They don't clean up either. There was nobody eating outside when I arrived and every single table was littered with food and discard. Food bad, enviornment bad, staff was ok.. I guess. My friends card got stuck in the atm!
My friends card got stuck in the atm, he had to leave the city so he wasnt able to get it back so he froze the account and he sent me his information to help get the card back. i tried to call the number that was on the atm for support(and they charge per minute) and they sent me another number to call which didnt even exist. so i decided to go to the branch in person once i got there they tried to make me wait for ages after waiting for 5 minutes i went upstairs to find somone that would help me. i spoke to another rep and they got the card out within 2 mins but… they were then asking to see id and lots of other information for me to recieve the card which i can understand but its overboard considering i know the card number and name on the card without having to see it. - Jacq25smypedManchester Airport GroupEventManchester M90 1QX, UKManchester M90 1QX, UK
Biggest waste of £5!
£5 to drive through and drop someone off. I was there for 1 minute and 45 seconds. The worst thing is that they don't make it obvious you have to pay. There are signs as you're driving out, but they don't draw your attention. They could easily be mistaken for any old marketing signs. They offer no option to pay there, at the barrier, knowing a small minority will forget on their journey home. Honestly, it's predatory. I paid my ticket but feel sorry for those who forget, or older people who struggle. I'm very comfortable using technology, but even I found it complicated trying to find where to pay. They should be ashamed of charging so much!
