My friends card got stuck in the atm, he had to leave the city so he wasnt able to get it back so he froze the account and he sent me his information to help get the card back. i tried to call the number that was on the atm for support(and they charge per minute) and they sent me another number to call which didnt even exist. so i decided to go to the branch in person once i got there they tried to make me wait for ages after waiting for 5 minutes i went upstairs to find somone that would help me. i spoke to another rep and they got the card out within 2 mins but… they were then asking to see id and lots of other information for me to recieve the card which i can understand but its overboard considering i know the card number and name on the card without having to see it.Reference Information02363821993Additional NotesIve now managed to get the card back after waiting for far too long
